I purchased this wonderful dog as a puppy, from Heather Arlinghaus.  Not counting the crazy Border Patrol castaway that I had some years previously, "The Quinnster" became my first malinois.  He was the first one that I set out by design to purchase, and trained from a puppy.  I knew next to nothing about malinois pedigrees, but it sure sounded good to me.  Boy! Did I get lucky!   He comes from a well-known family of competitive dogs, and Heather challenged the puppies with obstacles, distractions and toys to give him a good beginning.   Quinn is quite a character and very full of himself. 

As you can see, he is a versatile dog.  He has a foundation in working on the legs for ringsports, having participated in seminars with Ivan Balabanov and Michael Ellis.  He is presently competing in Schutzhund.  He was the North Central Region SchH1 Champion in 2004 and in 2006 took third place at the Regional Championships and earned his SchH3.    Quinn is a willing and energetic dog and quite capable of demonstrating his ability in a variety of sports.   He is sociable with people and other animals, and an easy traveler.
