I was extremely fortunate in 2004 to purchase this fine female from Michael Ellis.  She is very athletic and an enthusiastic learner. 

Jinx is a product of the Loups du Soleil "J" litter; her sire is Kain Ot Vitosha, "Ludo", MR2 and her dam is the famous Fauxtois du Loups du Soleil, FR1, MR1.  Jinx initially began training in Mondioring but in our area that accessibility is difficult, unless you can afford to pay decoys.  In 2005 we attended a 46 hour Disaster Canine Specialist course at College Station, Texas.  This is the premier disaster training site in the nation, and the course was taught by FEMA instructors.  I was impressed by their level of professionalism and saw that, although MR would pose potential conflicts, schutzhund was definately compatible with the USAR skills.  I may have exchanged one challenge for another of equal difficulty as we wait for a State Task Force to organize, and train toward our FEMA equivalency exams.  In 2006 we passed our FSA pre-test and flew to New Jersey to take our FSA (Foundation Skills Assessment) but did not pass all the phases and are presently waiting for another opportunity to test.  The Appleton Fire Department , TF3, is a state site for Structural Collapse instruction and expertise, and we are currently hoping to develop a local disaster training site. The path will certainly be interesting!

 Jinx has some pretty high standards to reach in the accomplishments of grandma Notoire.  Her full brother, Jackson, is well known in ringsport circles and has earned his FR3 and MR3, an outstanding accomplishment for such a young dog.  I know that Jinx has the ability to excel, if I can only keep up to her abilities!
